PILATES AND GOLF

A 4-Week Spring Series

Come join Melissa Bailey, certified Pilates Instructor and myself for an invigorating 4-week Pilates/Golf Program. During each 1.5 hour session you will be guided through a Pilates class with movements that will support strength and power in your golf swing. You will also learn how to apply this strength and athleticism to your golf swing from a place of ease and accuracy. Maximum 8 people.
